When you transmit messages using our contact forms or attempt to book meeting slots, we ingest your submitted parameters (Name, Email, Organization, Message). This payload is strictly used to evaluate and reply to advisory requests.
2. Client System Telemetry
This website does not deploy invasive tracking tools. We do not integrate third-party analytics pixels. Standard, localized cache states are stored directly in your browser to remember your color theme selections (Dark, Light, System) and bypass layout loading overlays.
3. Retention Policies
Contact details collected via the advisory form are archived for up to 180 days to support ongoing system consulting relationships, after which they are systematically purged from our logs unless actively associated with a consulting contract.
